Bayern Munich’s Paul Wanner has joined Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven, having spent the previous campaign on loan at fellow Bundesliga club Heidenheim.
The 19-year-old midfielder has been with Bayern since 2018 and became the youngest player to appear for the club in the Bundesliga when he made his debut against Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2022/23 at the age of 16 years and 15 days old, a record which still stands today.
"Paul arrived at the FC Bayern Campus at the age of 13 and has constantly progressed there, becoming a Germany youth international and making his case for the senior team. We wish him all the best for the future," said Bayern board member for sport Max Eberl of the departing Wanner.

Held in high regard in Bayern circles, the attacking midfielder headed out for his first loan spell at just 17 years of age, joining Elversberg in Bundesliga 2 for the 2023/24 season.
He made 28 appearances for Horst Steffen’s side, scoring six times and registering three assists.
Heidenheim were the next side to provide a stage for the Austria-born playmaker’s talent, and he helped Frank Schmidt's side avoid relegation across 41 outings in 2024/25, including eight games in the UEFA Conference League.
Wanner's first adventure abroad with the reigning Dutch champions will provide him with the opportunity to play UEFA Champions League football and help the side try to retain their title. He will join former Bundesliga stars Alassane Pléa, Ivan Perišić, Matěj Kovář and Killian Sildillia in Eindhoven’s ranks.
