Bayern Munich put in a gala performance to beat Pafos, with Harry Kane scoring twice in a one-sided win in the UEFA Champions League.
Pafos 1-5 Bayern Munich
Goals: 0-1 Kane 15' (assist: Olise), 0-2 Guerreiro 20' (assist: Jackson), 0-3 Jackson 31' (assist: Olise), 0-4 Kane 34' (assist), 1-4 Oršić 45', 1-5 Olise 65'
Almost every Bayern attack resulted in a goal in a decidedly one-sided first half in Limassol.
Luíz Diaz fired off an early warning shot, before Michael Olise threaded a pass into the penalty box for Kane to sweep a first-time finish into the bottom corner.
Olise was involved again as Raphaël Guerreiro combined with Chelsea loanee Nicolas Jackson for a superbly worked second goal.
Jackson, having not long been thwarted by Neofytos Michail, then fired home from inside the penalty area following another teasing Olise run.
Kane doubled his tally with a well-taken solo effort to cap a blistering 19-minute goal glut, with only a strong Michail save preventing Díaz from adding a fifth.
The Pafos fans did have something to cheer on the stroke of half-time as Mislav Oršić left Manuel Neuer rooted to the spot with a swerving strike from 18 yards.
To their credit, Pafos refused to throw in the towel as David Goldar had a goal-bound header from a corner blocked by a teammate soon after the restart.
Bayern went straight on the attack with half-time substitute Serge Gnabry, who set up Olise for a low effort repelled by Michail. The Pafos stopper also had to be alert to a low drive from Jackson after unselfish play by Kane.
A little sluggish at times, at least compared to the first 45, Bayern did add a fifth goal with 69 minutes gone. Olise reacted fastest after Michail had thwarted Jackson at close quarters, the Frenchman sweeping high into the net to crown a devilish individual display.
Bayern hit the woodwork twice towards the end of another impressive team showing, Vincent Kompany's charges still perfect in all competitions in 2025/26 and now top of the Champions League league phase standings on goal difference.

As it happened!
Three minutes for Bayern to add to their already impressive haul...
A real left-off for Pafos as the woodwork denies Gnabry's low drive and Jackson's effort from a tight angle within the space of a minute!
The lively Jackson fires wide as Bayern threaten a sixth goal. The Senegalese forward has put in a real shift tonight, punctuated by his first goal and assist since his summer loan move from Chelsea.
Bayern's final change sees Tom Bischof, who made his first Bayern start last Friday, replace the ever-industrious Konrad Laimer.
With Bayern firmly back in control of proceedings, Karl drives over the crossbar. If you saw any of his pre-season performances, you'll know the 17-year-old winger can certainly strike a ball
Jonathan Tah's on for Dayot Upamecano at centre-half, while young Lennart Karl replaces Michael Olise, who's arguably been the best player on the pitch.
Nothing but deserved for the Bayern winger, who drives high into the roof of the net after Michail had saved from Jackson. He's been unplayable tonight.
Kane gets a breather after his first-half double. Right-back Sacha Boey is on for the prolific English striker, who's now scored at least twice in 26 of his 105 appearances for Bayern.
Kimmich finds Kane in the penalty area from a free-kick. His eventual shot is blocked, with Jackson's follow-up fired straight at the goalkeeper.
There's a lot to admire about this second-half performance from Pafos. They're really having a go at the Bayern defence, roared on by the Cypriot crowd. The visitors look a little sluggish...
Bayern go straight up the other end with Olise, who draws a strong save from Michail. The Frenchman's performance so far certainly merits a goal!
Pafos have started the second half on the front front as they win a couple of corners in quick succession. The second almost lands in the back of the net, with Goldar's header blocked in front of the far post area by a teammate.
Gnabry, who's been used in the No.10 role so far this season, replaces Díaz on the Bayern left.
A blot to the Bayern copybook as Mislav Oršić sends a swerving long-range effort into the top corner. Neuer didn't move.
Michail is out quickly to narrow the angle and deny Díaz a piece of the goal-scoring pie following great build-up play by Kane.
Bayern are running riot as Kane waltzes past some desperate challenges and fires under Michail from the edge of the six-yard area. Are we witnessing another record Champions League night involving the six-time winners?
Bayern's captain gets right behind a fierce hit from Jaja after the visitors were caught out high up the pitch.
There it is! Olise's the catalyst once more, this time throwing in a few step-overs on his way into the penalty box. He touches it off for Jackson, who has time to take a touch before finishing low past the goalkeeper.
Another prolonged spell of Bayern possession concludes with Jackson testing Michail from 18 yards. He'll fancy his chances of a first Bayern goal tonight...
Not Kane this time, but a superb team effort for 2-0. Olise starts the move on the right before feeding Guerreiro with a low pass across the Pafos area. He touches it off to Jackson, collects the one-touch return and fires past Michail with aplomb. Brilliant stuff.
Nine games, 31 goals, including 16 for Kane. Kompany's defending Bundesliga champions are flying in the early part of 2025/26.
Bayern's pressure tells as Kane sweeps in his 16th competitive goal of the season. Olise's the architect with a disguised pass into the penalty area for the Englishman, who bends a first-time finish across goal and into the far corner.
Olise looks to bend one towards the far post after drifting in off the right-hand side, but his shot is blocked. It's all Bayern...
The Pafos fans are singing their hearts out, but they must be very worried. Bayern have the blue shirts boxed in right now.
Bayern's first corner is headed behind for another Olise delivery that so nearly produces the opening goal. Kane meets it with an acrobatic attempt, firing the ball against the upright. A defender then hoofs it clear in front of the goal line.
Bayern return fire through Luis Díaz , who jinks into the penalty area before forcing a sprawling save from Michail in the Pafos goal.
The intense Pafos press forces a mistake in the Bayern defence. A loose ball falls to Pêpê on the edge of the area, but his rising drive sails over.
Díaz wins an early free-kick, which is sent over from the left by Olise, but Pêpê gets it clear.
Bayern get the ball rolling in Limassol. Will they continue their perfect start to 2025/26?
Game faces on as the Champions League anthem blares out. Pafos are in blue and white, Bayern their third strip of black with red and green accents.
The Pafos fans are making a real noise whilst the two teams stand side-by-side in the tunnel.
Pafos are playing their European fixtures at Aris Limassol's Limassol Stadium, which is about 90 minutes down the coast from their usual Stelios Kyriakides home. It's the only Cypriot stadium currently permitted to host Champions League games.
