It's not even been a month since Díaz joined Bayern from defending English Premier League champions Liverpool, but the Colombian looked right at home as he tinkled a tune and raised a glass of Paulaner wheat beer in front of the cameras.
"I'm really happy to be part of this fantastic culture here in Munich," enthused the 28-year-old forward at the team photoshoot with two of the Bavarian capital's biggest brands.
"Being able to experience the world's largest folk festival in person in this beautiful traditional clothing will be a great experience for my family and me," he added with a look-ahead to the city's world-famous Oktoberfest, which this year takes place from 20 September to 5 October.
As is tradition, Bayern players and staff will participate in the festivities, wearing traditional Bavarian attire.
Before then, Bayern have more pressing on-field matters to attend to.
After Harry Kane and 'Lucho' Díaz goals secured the defending Bundesliga champions a 2-1 win over DFB Cup holders VfB Stuttgart in the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup at the weekend, attentions are now firmly focussed on the 2025/26 Bundesliga opener at home to RB Leipzig on Friday.
"It wasn't a long preparation phase, but I think the game against Stuttgart was a big step in the right direction," commented Kane.
"We were at a high level there, and that's exactly what we need to show on Friday."

Bayern, who are the Bundesliga's record 33-time champions, will also be competing in the DFB Cup and UEFA Champions League once again in the new campaign.
Vincent Kompany's team regained the Meisterschale with a 13-point lead over runners-up Bayer Leverkusen last term, with Kane claiming his second successive top scorer's prize.
"We're really up for the season," explained Bayern's head coach. "The guys are hungry. We want to show that on Friday."
