Bayern earn their Spurs
Harry Kane scored against former club Tottenham Hotspur to help Bayern Munich record a comfortable 4-0 victory in the pre-season Telekom Cup.

Bayern dominated from the get-go at the Allianz Arena, with Michael Olise sending a free-kick wide and Leon Goretzka landing a header on the roof of the net.
Kane duly broke the deadlock at the end of Bayern's next meaningful attack, the Ballon d'Or 2025 nominee converting with aplomb after being played through by Olise. The Englishman might have had another soon after, but slipped as he went to take a penalty awarded for Bayern loanee João Palhinha's foul on Josip Stanišić, sending the ball over the crossbar.
Full debutant Luis Díaz set up another presentable opening for Goretzka, whose shot with the outside of his right boot was well held by Guglielmo Vicario. The Bayern midfielder spurned two further chances, but not before Manuel Neuer had done brilliantly to prevent Richarlison from levelling the contest with a fierce shot towards the bottom corner.
Unchanged at the break, Bayern picked up where they left off as Olise misdirected a pin-point Kane cross from close range. The record champions continued to ask all the questions as Konrad Laimer fired narrowly off target, before the one-way traffic yielded a deserved second goal, courtesy of Kingsley Coman's superb run and postage-stamp finish.
Coman turned provider moments later, but Vicario was equal to Kane's effort in his last involvement of the game. The Bayern No.9 was one of nine players taken off by head coach Vincent Kompany for the final 23 minutes, with only Neuer and Díaz remaining on the pitch.
Substitute Lennart Karl's impact was immediate, the 17-year-old winger taking a leaf out of Coman's book and curling a sublime strike into the far corner from outside the Tottenham penalty area.
Swedish teenager Jonah Kusi-Asare followed suit with a similarly sensational drive, while Neuer denied former Bayern youngster Mathys Tel a last-gasp consolation as the defending Bundesliga champions put down a serious marker ahead of the season-opening Franz Beckenbauer Supercup in Stuttgart on 16 August.
