FULL TIME!

The match finishes 2-2. There's no extra-time, so we go straight to a penalty shootout.

87' ERIKSEN GOES CLOSE

The Tottenham midfielder collects the ball on the right, cuts inside onto his left and lets fly. He catches it well, but not quite as well as Davies, and his shot loops over the bar.

84' SISSOKO GOES OFF

... Georgiou comes on.

81' GOAL! STUNNING EQUALISER FROM DAVIES!

Müller charges down the right wing, raises his head and plays a cross-field pass to Davies. He's on the left-hand side of the penalty area, but cuts inside onto his weaker right foot and curls an unstoppable shot into the top corner.

77' COMAN GOES OFF

... to be replaced by Mihaljevic.

Meanwhile, Marsh comes on for the injured Foyth for Spurs.

73' ROTTEN LUCK FOR COMAN

The winger is fouled just outside the area, winning a free-kick, but gets his knee trodden on in the process. He's in visible pain and the medical team rush on to the field. Hopefully it's nothing serious, after he missed large chunks of last season through injury.

70' MORE CHANGES

Lucas Moura makes way for Jack Roles for Spurs

Lewandowski, Coman and Müller replace Arp, Kehl and Zylla for Bayern.

68' GOOD SAVE BY ULREICH

Kane blasts a shot at goal from a tight angle on the left. It's going in, but Ulreich gets a strong hand to it to keep it out.

67' SANCHES TESTS GAZZANIGA

The Portuguese midfielder lines up a shot from outside the box, but it's straight at the Spurs keeper, who makes a routine save.

64' ON COMES ALABA

Shortly before Bayern's goal, David Alaba came on for Johansson, allowing Davies to play higher up the pitch - and thus make the pass for Arp's goal.

Thiago also replaced Nollenberger, while Sanches came on for Tolisso.

61' GOAL! ARP PULLS ONE BACK

The teenager latches on to Davies' pass and races away from Alderweirald before coolly slotting low past Gazzaniga and into the corner. Game on!

59' GOAL! ERIKSEN MAKES IT TWO

No chance for Ulreich this time as Kane plays the ball back to Eriksen, 12 yards out. The Dane drills a low shot into the bottom corner.

58' HUGE SAVE FROM ULREICH

Kane feeds the ball to Son, who evades the challenge of Pavard and goes one-on-one against Ulreich. He shoots low towards the bottom corner, but Ulreich's positioning is spot-on and the ball hits his heel and bounces wide.

50' ALL CHANGE FOR SPURS

Mauricio Pochettino swapped out nine players for the second period. The visitors are now playing thus:

Gazzaniga - Foyth, Alderweirald, Tanganga, White - Skipp, Sissoko, Eriksen - Lucas, Son, Kane

47' THREE SUBS FOR BAYERN

Sven Ulreich has replaced Manuel Neuer in goal, while Jerome Boateng is now on in place of Niklas Süle at centre-back. In central midfield, Marcel Zylla has come on for Paul Will.

46' SECOND HALF

Tottenham get the ball rolling again at the Allianz Arena.

45' HALF TIME

Spurs go into the break with a narrow lead after a decent first 45 minutes of football. The Bayern youngsters have done well, even if they haven't seriously tested Lloris in the Tottenham goal yet.

37' BAYERN DOMINATING POSSESSION

The Reds have had 55 per cent possession so far and have completed more passes (291) than Spurs (264).

33' ENTERTAINING BATTLE

This will provide excellent experience for Bayern's young players, going up against a side that reached the Champions League final just a couple of months ago. Singh, Davies, Johansson and Co. have shown some nice touches, but haven't yet created any clear-cut chances.

28' FREE-KICK FOR SPURS

Will's pass back sells Pavard short and he is forced to foul Sissoko, right on the edge of the Bayern penalty area, 10 yards to the right of centre. Lamela, a left-footer, takes it, but he fires it straight at the wall.

23' SINGH AND WILL TRY THEIR LUCK

Singh collects the ball on the edge of the Tottenham penalty area, takes a touch to set himself and shoots. It's deflected and goes out for a corner, from which Will's well-executed half-volley is also deflected wide.

19' GOAL! LAMELA BREAKS THE DEADLOCK

Nkoudou scampers away down the left and bends a teasing ball across the face of goal. Lamela slides in at the back post and coverts from close range to give Spurs the lead.

17' GOOD OPENING FOR DAVIES

Lovely work from Johansson down the left and his clever pass releases Davies into the box. He gets to the byline and tries to find a team-mate in the middle, but his cross is cut out at the near post.

14' BAYERN SETTLING

Spurs' more experienced side were on top in the opening exchanges, but Bayern are starting to get into their stride now and have tightened things up at the back after those early chances.

10' FIRST CHANCE FOR BAYERN

Tolisso whips in an inviting cross from the right wing into the middle, where he finds fellow Frenchman Pavard, whose glancing header whizzes wide of the far post. He needed to make a bit more contact on there ball there.

6' STUNNING SAVE FROM NEUER

Moura is first to a cross from the right and heads it goalwards from around eight yards out. It looks like a goal, but Neuer reacts brilliantly, diving to his right to palm the ball away.

4' DAVIES TO THE RESCUE

The next chance for Spurs comes around quickly as Lamela is suddenly in acres of space inside the Bayern box. The pass to him is a touch too slow, giving Davies time to dash back in and make a block before the Argentinian can shoot.

3' DELE WITH FIRST SHOT

The England international holds off his marker about 25 yards out and works a little pocket of space for himself. He gets a shot off, but doesn't make a clean connection and it's an easy save for Neuer.

KICK-OFF!

Bayern, playing all in red, get the game under way. Spurs are likewise in their 'home' kit of white shirts and socks, with blue shorts.

YOUTHFUL BAYERN

The average age in Bayern's starting line-up here is just 21.6 years old!

IN THE TUNNEL

The players are lining up and awaiting the referee's signal to head out on to the pitch. It's almost time!

REAL MADRID SEAL THIRD PLACE

Zinedine Zidane's side earned a place on the Audi Cup podium after beating Fenerbahce just now in the third-place play-off.

The Turkish side took the lead in the sixth minute before a Karim Benzema hat-trick put the Spaniards in control. Fenerbahce fought back to level matters at 3-3, but goals from Nacho and Mariano Diaz earned Real the win.

TOTTENHAM TEAM NEWS

Pochettino has likewise made several changes to his side, with big hitters Kane, Son and Eriksen all on the bench initially. There's still plenty of quality there, though, as Dele Ali, Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela all start.

BAYERN TEAM NEWS

Kovac has left out several star names, including Lewandowski, Thiago, Müller, Coman and Boateng following their exertions yesterday. In their place come a number of youngsters, including promising young right-back Jonas Kehl, and attacking midfielders Ryan Johansson and Sarpreet Singh. Alphonso Davies looks set to continue at left-back, having successfully deputised for David Alaba there a few times already this summer.

SPURS IN BOUYANT MOOD

Tottenham, who trained at Bayern's Säbener Straße complex in southern Munich today ahead of the game, have been bolstered by the news that striker Harry Kane has been shortlisted for the FIFA Best Men's Player Award for 2019, while head coach Mauricio Pochettino is one of 10 people in the running for the FIFA Best Men's Coach prize. Congratulations!

COMPETITION FOR PLACES DRIVING BAYERN ON

Bayern coach Niko Kovac may have a few selection headaches ahead of the new season - such as where to play new signings Benjamin Pavard and Lucas Hernandez - but it is a problem the 47-year-old is happy to have.

"Obviously the players are aware that we're preparing for the new season and that they're fighting for a place in the starting line-up," he said ahead of today's game. "That's why they're giving 100 per cent. I'm extremely satisfied with everyone. It's a close race."

WHO TO REPLACE GNABRY?

Bayern wide man Serge Gnabry was taken off after 20 minutes against Fenerbahce yesterday as a precaution due to a suspected thigh strain, with Müller putting in a star turn in his stead.

Gnabry is unlikely to be risked here, while it remains to be seen whether Müller, who is approaching his 30th birthday, can play twice in successive days. That could therefore upon the door for 18-year-old Alphonso Davies, who only played for half an hour yesterday. Another candidate is summer arrival Sarpreet Singh, who has looked lively in attack in his cameos with the first team this summer.

LAST TEST FOR BAYERN

This is the last run out for Bayern before their first competitive fixture of the new campaign. They'll travel to face Borussia Dortmund in the DFL Supercup – the curtain raiser for the German season – on Saturday.

They then visit fourth-tier side Energie Cottbus in the first round of the DFB Cup on Monday 12 August, before hosting Hertha Berlin on Friday 16 August – the first day of the new Bundesliga season.

KOVAC HAPPY SO FAR

Bayern boss Niko Kovac was certainly happy with what he saw against Turkish visitors Fenerbahce.

"I'd like to pay a huge compliment to my team – they did a really good job," he said after the game.

"Pre-season is going really well so far. We're satisfied with the fitness levels and the verve the team is showing."

HELLO AND WELCOME!

Bayern are motoring ahead of a return to competitive action, with their 6-1 hammering of Fenerbahce marking a third win on the bounce in pre-season.

Thomas Müller got a hat-trick from the bench in Tuesday's game but the record German champions should face a tougher test against last season's UEFA Champions League runners-up.

Fiete Arp (r.) celebrated his first goal in a Bayern shirt, reducing the deficit to 2-1 against Spurs.
