Borussia Dortmund are through to the Champions League final after Mats Hummels gave his team a 1-0 semi-final second-leg win over Paris Saint-Germain to send Edin Terzić's men into the continental final on 1 June at Wembley where they will face either Bayern Munich or Real Madrid.
PSG 0-1 Dortmund (0-2 on aggregate)
Goals: 0-1 Hummels 50' (assist: Brandt)
Leading 1-0 from last week's first leg, Dortmund were unchanged as they stepped out at the Parc des Princes. PSG coach Luis Enrique tweaked, seeking to make better use of Kylian Mbappé by moving him from a central position to his more habitual place on the left, but the France captain once again struggled to make an impact as Julian Ryerson and Jadon Sancho teamed up effectively. And while PSG toiled, Dortmund nearly took advantage before the break. After Hummels had brilliantly denied Mbappé a shooting opportunity, only a fantastic save from Gianluigi Donnarumma deprived Karim Adeyemi of the night's opening goal after the Germany international's pace had proved far too much for the PSG backline.
Warren Zaïre-Emery had scored the goal that earned PSG a draw in Dortmund in the final group-stage game and sent his team through to the knockout stages; the highly rated youngster came close to breaking the deadlock just after the break, but his close-range shot left a post quivering with Gregor Kobel struggling to make up ground. Hummels was not so wasteful when he found space at the back post shortly afterwards, heading beyond Donnarumma from inside the six-yard box to double Dortmund's aggregate lead. PSG responded with Gonçalo Ramos sending a first-time shot over the bar before Nuno Mendes' long-distance drive rattled a post. PSG pressed in the closing stages, but Kobel turned a low Mbappé shot aside. The PSG superstar was then denied brilliantly by the Dortmund goalkeeper, who turned Mbappé's close-range shot onto the crossbar when a competition-leading ninth goal beckoned for the France captain. Fortune then favoured BVB as a Vitinha blast rocked the bar - the fourth time in the game PSG had struck the woodwork - to leave Dortmund within a game of being crowned the 2023/24 European champions.

As it happened
Hear from Julian Brandt, Emre Can, Sebastian Kehl and Nico Schlotterbeck after Borussia Dortmund beat Paris Saint-Germain to reach the UEFA Champions League final.
BVB will be at Wembley!
240 seconds for BVB to see out. Almost there.
This one isn't close enough to hit the post or the bar, and instead sails over. A moment of respite.
This is barely believable at this point. Again, the crossbar is shaking, this time courtesy of a Vitinha effort from 25 yards. BVB are undoubtedly living dangerously here.
The woodwork comes to Dortmund's rescue once more. The ball bounces around the box and falls to Mbappé, once more, though, he cant quite find the back of the net, although Kobel did get a hand to it!
PSG's captain heads wide after a free-kick comes in. A few more seconds tick by for BVB.
Kobel gets a hand to the number 10's low strike, even if it was perhaps going just wide anyway. The subsequent corner comes to nothing.
Some neat footwork and a deflected shot wins Dortmund a corner. Hummels then has it in the net, but he is clearly offside when he does.
PSG need two goals to take this to extra-time. Dortmund in control, but it can still all change.
PSG's star man has been relatively quiet tonight. He tries to create something from nothing here, but his effort is never beating Kobel as it rises and rises.
Süle replaces Sancho - a clear defensive move from Terzić.
Asensio's set-piece hits one of his own players in the wall, and Dortmund can breathe a little easier.
Hummels fells Dembélé right on the edge of the area. Big opportunity for PSG.
The hosts are starting to crank up the pressure. It's another opening for Ramos - the same old story, however. Dortmund can't afford to let him get in those positions, as he will surely make them pay at some point.
PSG hit the woodwork for a second time on the night! Mendes pummels a left-footed strike towards goal and, fortunately for Dortmund, it bounces away to safety.
The striker has had his team's best chances tonight. Once more, though, he can't trouble Kobel and fails to keep his first-time effort down.
Hummels and Reus were both at Dortmund when they last made the final - and they are no both on the field of play here too.
PSG have scored 15 of their 19 Champions League goals after the break this year - they can strike at any moment, so Dortmund need to be on their guard.
BVB break the deadlock! A Brandt corner finds the centre-back at the back post, and he powers a header into the corner. The Black-Yellows lead the tie 2-0!!
Massive let-off for BVB. A shot from Mbappé is only half cleared and drops to the feet of the teenager at the back post. He only has to tap it into an empty net, albeit from a tight angle, but instead hits the outside of the upright.
45 minutes stands between Dortmund and the final.
Almost an equaliser for PSG, and it would have been in fortuitous circumstances. Fabián Ruiz fires a shot that is going wide of the goal, but it strikes Schlotterbeck. In the end, it goes narrowly wide of the post.
Another attempt from the midfielder, this time from further out. This one is kept down, but it is still a comfortable hold for Kobel between the sticks.
Füllkrug appears to have recovered and is back on his feet.
The striker is lying on the floor after jumping for a header. Dortmund will be hoping this is nothing serious - he has had a solid game so far and has held the ball up well.
Huge stop from Donnarumma, as the Italian gets a strong hand to the German's shot on the stretch after a lightning-quick counter-attack. That could be a big moment in this encounter.
PSG find the right winger on the right of the area. It's a tight angle, but the former Barcelona man still tries to find the top corner. Instead, it flies high and wide. A let-off for BVB, as a ball across the box would have been a better decision.
Vitinha tries to curl an effort into the far corner. Nothing for Kobel to worry about on this occasion as it sails over.
Füllkrug holds up the ball well and plays in Ryerson. His effort is into the side netting, though, even if he does catch it relatively well.
The centre-back has already produced some fantastic early balls early on in this one to get Dortmund moving forward.
PSG counter and, although it initially loses its impetus, a neat Vitinha pass finds the centre-forward. On the turn, the Portuguese can only fire his effort beyond the post.
The visitors are getting a foothold in this now, as an Adeyemi shot on the edge of the area is deflected behind.
Adeyemi blocks a Dembélé cross... and after the initial set-piece is cleared, the ball works it way to Mbappé. The World Cup winner fires a volley towards goal, which Kobel clutches to his chest.
