Eintracht Frankfurt have completed the signing of goalkeeper Michael Zetterer from Bundesliga rivals Werder Bremen.
Zetterer, who was Bremen's No.1 in the previous two campaigns, has signed a four-year deal till 2029.
The 30-year-old joins Frankfurt having made 63 Bundesliga and 11 Bundesliga 2 appearances for Werder, as well as 32 during a loan spell in the Eredivisie with PEC Zwolle and 14 in Austria's second tier at Austria Klagenfurt.
"We've got ourselves a good goalkeeper who can also play at a high level. He proved in Bremen that he's an outstanding goalkeeper," said Eintracht managing director Markus Krösche.
"He's the perfect fit for us with his ambitions and mentality. It was really important to us to go into the new season with a strong and balanced goalkeeping team. Michael is a very important part of that."
Frankfurt's move for Munich-born Zetterer follows established No.1 Kevin Trapp's decision to leave the club for Paris FC.
Brazilian Kauã Santos and 36-year-old Jens Grahl are the other goalkeepers at head coach Dino Toppmöller's disposal.
Eintracht, who secured UEFA Champions League via their league standing for the first time last term, begin their Bundesliga campaign at home to Zetterer's former side Bremen on 23 August.
