Bundesliga
The youngest player to score 38 times in the Bundesliga, the fastest debut hat-trick... Erling Haaland goals and records usually go hand in hand.
The 20-year-old - who scored twice in the DFB Cup final win over RB Leipzig - has posted some scarcely believable numbers since switching to Borussia Dortmund in January 2020. He set the tone, of course, with a 23-minute hat-trick from the bench against Augsburg.
Less than 18 months on, the Norway international's total tally reads 38 goals in 41 Bundesliga appearances - or one every 86.6 minutes!
This season alone, Haaland has made 26 Bundesliga appearances, scoring 25 times across 13 of them.

Haaland's brace against Wolfsburg on Matchday 31 put his name in the record books as the first 20-year-old to reach 38 Bundesliga goals.
It marked his 15th and 16th away goals this season, surpassing the BVB best mark set by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for most road efforts in a single campaign (2016/17).
If he scores in Mainz on Matchday 33, the former Red Bull Salzburg man will equal the Bundesliga record for single-season away goals, currently shared by Jupp Heynckes (1973/74) and Timo Werner (2019/20).
Of course, there's every chance Haaland will claim the record outright, given his habit of scoring in multiples.
The Dortmund No.9 has struck at least twice in 10 league games so far this term, rattling off doubles in his last five scoring showings in a row. Dieter Müller's seven-match gold standard, set back in Cologne colours in 1977, is within reach.
With two league fixtures remaining, Haaland might even break the 30-goal barrier - a feat achieved by only seven players to date, including Aubameyang and Robert Lewandowski.
However, with the exception of Uwe Seeler - who scored 30 times for Hamburg in the Bundesliga's inaugural season in 1963/64 - not one of them managed to do so in their first - or even second - full season of German top-flight football.
Third time was a charm for Dortmund's Lothar Emmerich (1965/66), while Aubameyang - like the legendary Gerd Müller before him - brought up 30 goals at the fourth attempt. Lewandowski pulled it off in his sixth season in the Bundesliga (2015/16), becoming the first player to do so in some 39 years.
It's yet another record the irrepressible Haaland - fresh from starring in the cup final - has in his cross hairs.
