Bundesliga
Germany or England? That is the question facing Bayern Munich teenager Jamal Musiala on the subject of his senior international future. Teammate Manuel Neuer has the answer...
"I would recommend talking to him and trying to get him to play for Germany," Neuer - captain for club and country - told bundesliga.com after helping Bayern to a 4-1 win over Hoffenheim on Matchday 19.
"He's a very talented and good player who we need in our team, and who can play at the highest level."

Musiala's been doing that all season. The half-English, half-German midfielder - who became Bayern's youngest ever player in the Bundesliga at just 17 years and 115 days old late last term - made history as the club's greenest goalscorer on the opening day of the current campaign, capping an 8-0 romp over Schalke at the tender age 17 years and 205 days.
He also stuck away Bayern's fifth at home to Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 5, and scored a brilliant equaliser in the 3-3 thriller with RB Leipzig on Matchday 10, while his 20-minute cameo against Hoffenheim took his appearance count to 23 in all competitions with the record champions.
Musiala's eye-catching displays have translated into two U21 caps for England, the former Chelsea youngster debuting from the bench in a 3-1 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying victory over Andorra during the November 2020 international break.

Having scored seven times across 23 appearances for the U15, 16 and 17s, he duly opened his account for the U21s at the second time of asking, on his first start, in a 5-0 drubbing of Albania that same month.
Had he not represented Germany - his country of birth and mother's homeland - at U16 level in 2018, his international allegiance would already be an open-and-shut case. His father's Nigerian lineage throws another hat into the ring.
Whoever Musiala declares for will inherit a real gem of a player, according to Bayern club-mate Joshua Kimmich.
"Jamal is amazingly good for his age," the 50-time Germany international told bundesliga.com. "He has good ball control and a clear mind. He always has a positive attitude and tries to learn from us. He always plays well. He keeps the ball, is a great dribbler and has already scored two or three goals.
"You can see his potential and, if he plays more often, he will develop and get better and better. I hope we, and especially I, can help him to become a great player at Bayern Munich."
A great player at Bayern and - if Messrs Neuer and Kimmich have their way - Germany, too.
