Jamal Musiala says former Bayern Munich teammate Thomas Müller is one of the players he's enjoyed playing with the most during his still young career.
Musiala made his senior Bayern debut in 2020 at the age of 17. More recently, he's assumed playmaker-in-chief duties from Müller, who left the record champions earlier this summer after over 25 years at the club man and boy.
"I learnt so much from him - so many little pieces of advice - and I had so much fun playing with him," Musiala told The Athletic when quizzed on his favourite teammates.
"There are many players I could name, but Thomas [Müller] is right at the top."

Musiala - now 22 with over 200 appearances for Bayern and 40 Germany caps to his name - is one of the trickiest customers in football, but that doesn't mean every outing is a walk in the park.
Games and training sessions against Antonio Rüdiger have been particularly challenging for the Bayern No.10.
"We played against Real Madrid in the [UEFA] Champions League and that was pretty tough," he explained of past meetings with the Real Madrid and Germany centre-back.
"I've known him for a few years. And, yes, it's not nice to play against him."
Musiala contributed 12 goals and two assists as Bayern wrestled back the Bundesliga title from Bayer Leverkusen in 2024/25.
However, a serious leg and ankle injury suffered in the FIFA Club World Cup quarter-final loss to Paris Saint-Germain means he is not expected to play again until the end of 2025.
The former Chelsea youngster has a contract with Bayern through to 30 June 2030, after signing a new deal in February 2025.
