Bundesliga
Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has reached yet another remarkable milestone after chalking up his 300th win in the Bundesliga.
The Bayern and Germany captain kept a clean sheet in his club's 4-0 success against Hoffenheim on Saturday, a result that saw the reigning German champions stay top of the table after Matchday 9.
Win number 300 for the former Schalke netminder came in his 447th top-flight game, and it means the 35-year-old has edged closer to a Bundesliga record held by current Bayern CEO Oliver Kahn.
Kahn, who played for Bayern between 1994 and 2008, got 310 Bundesliga victories during his career. He is the only player in the league's history with more wins than Neuer.

Neuer has already broken another of Kahn's records in the 2021/22 season by becoming the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets in Bundesliga history.
The reigning world goalkeeper of the year overtook Kahn in that all-time ranking when he recorded a shut out as Bayern beat Hertha Berlin 5-0 at home on Matchday 3. It was the 205th Bundesliga clean sheet that Neuer had registered in his career.
