Krattenmacher made 33 competitive appearances for Ulm in 2024/25, including 24 starts. The 5'10" attacking midfielder registered three goals and eight assists in 32 Bundesliga 2 games, building on his eight goal involvements in both the 2022/23 Regionalliga and 2023/24 3. Naturally right-footed, but equally adept on his left side, Krattenmacher's leggy strides through the opposition half are reminsicent of ex-Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg playmaker Kevin De Bruyne. He can also play across the attacking third, unpicking defences with his keen eye for a threaded pass or finishing with aplomb from in and around the 18-yard box.

Bavaria-born Krattenmacher previously spent three years with the Bayern youths, initially making the switch from hometown club Bad Aibling at the age of nine. He could make his long-awaited debut for the record champions at the inaugural Club World Cup in the USA.
