Müller collected an 11th Bundesliga winner's medal in 2021/22 and the man who holds the single-season assist record (21 in 2019/20) finished as the top assister for the third time in four seasons by providing 18 for his teammates.

Kostic supplied his ninth assist of the season, setting up Evan Ndicka from a corner, as Frankfurt were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Hoffenheim on Matchday 31.

Filip Kostic not only knows where the goal is, he also knows how to pick out a teammate placed in a position to score.

Andrej Kramaric

Alongside Borna Sosa, Kramaric was the second player to grab a hat-trick of assists on the opening weekend of the 2021/22 season. His final provision came in the 4-3 loss against Freiburg on Matchday 32.

Günter collected his ninth assist for the season as Freiburg defeated Hoffenheim 4-3 on Matchday 32, a game in which the versatile full-back also scored.

Freiburg captain Christian Günter was the club's main man in 2021/22.
