There are three possible Head-to-Head modes that you can choose from, each of which will pit you against a new manager every matchday:
The league mode with knockout rounds combines the two other modes. At the end of the league phase, the best-placed managers will qualify for the knockout stages. The final will always take place as a stand-alone game on Matchday 34, but you can choose how many knockout rounds you wish play - this also depends on the length of the league phase. You will also be able to choose the starting matchday of your tournament, as well as the maximum numbers of managers you want to participate; any places that aren't filled will become byes.

The league phase:
In the league phase, you will face each participating manager once, with every matchday seeing you face another opponent. The winner of each duel will pick up three points, while both managers will earn one point in the case of a draw, just like in the Bundesliga.
