Musiala took his season tally in the Bundesliga to nine goals – the most of any midfielder in the division – as he scored the opener of Bayern’s 5-1 win over RB Leipzig after just 29 seconds. It was the fourth time he’d made it 1-0 this term, while he also provided the assist for Kimmich to make it 3-1 before half-time. The 21-year-old was also one of the top players for challenges won at 65 percent.
Watch: Five-star Bayern too good for Leipzig
Florian Wirtz
Club: Bayer Leverkusen
Position: Midfielder
Points: 567
He may have been penalised for missing a penalty but Wirtz still produced the weekend’s biggest haul of points thanks to his goal and hat-trick of assists as Leverkusen saw off Freiburg 5-1. It was the first time in his Bundesliga career that he’s had a direct hand in four goals in a single game and keeps him well clear as the highest scorer in Fantasy so far in 2024/25.
Shuto Machino
Club: Holstein Kiel
Position: Forward
Points: 338
Patrik Schick
Club: Bayer Leverkusen
Position: Forward
Points: 529
Schick has a habit of scoring big and did so again with his four goals in the win over Freiburg. It’s the second four-goal haul of his Leverkusen career and the third time in the Bundesliga he’s hit a lupenreiner Hattrick – three goals in a single half without another player scoring in between. Only Gerd Müller (seven) and Klaus Fischer (five) have achieved the feat more often as it took the Czech striker to nine goals for the campaign and closing in on Harry Kane at the top of the division scoring chart.
Watch: Schick hits four against Freiburg
