Friendly matches
Record Bundesliga champions Bayern played in Japan and Singapore as part of their Audi Summer Tour. Their first game was against Pep Guardiola's treble winners Manchester City on 26 July at Tokyo's National Stadium, where they also faced J1 League side Kawasaki Frontale on 29 July. The Bavarian giants then headed to Singapore, where they beat Jürgen Klopp's Liverpool at the National Stadium.

Friendly matches
Dortmund went up against San Diego Loyal at the Snapdragon Stadium on 27 July, before taking on Manchester United – and former Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho – at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas three days later. They rounded off the trip in Chicago, where they contested another high-profile game against Chelsea at Soldier Field Stadium, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Kaiserslautern (Bundesliga 2)
Where?
USA - Louisville, Kentucky & St. Paul, Minnesota
When?
From 20 to 30 June
Kaiserslautern spent 10 days in Kentucky and Minnesota. They beat Louisville City 2-1 in a friendly a day after touching down, but came unstuck against Minnesota United on 29 June, the Red Devils going down 2-1. As well as matters on the pitch, the club also visited German schools in the area on what was their fifth trip across the Atlantic.
