Borussia Dortmund have bolstered their attacking options for next season by completing the signing of Thorgan Hazard from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The 26-year-old has agreed a five-year deal at BVB, following five years in Gladbach, and will join forces with Paco Alcacer, Mario Götze, Marco Reus and Jadon Sancho in a fearsome frontline.
"I'm thankful for five fantastic years at Borussia Mönchengladbach, and have some wonderful memories," Hazard said. "Now's the right time to make the next step in my career. I'm proud to be able to play for Borussia Dortmund. They're a top club with incredible fans."
Hazard joined Gladbach from Chelsea in 2014, initially on loan, before completing a permanent move to the Foals in early 2015. In the ensuing years he went on to become the club's key attacker, scoring 31 goals and 35 assists in 147 Bundesliga outings.
The 21-time Belgium international, who is the younger brother of Chelsea's Eden, produced 10 goals and as many assists as Gladbach finished fifth in the Bundesliga in 2018/19, securing European football for the first time in two years.

"We're really happy that Thorgan showed so much conviction to join Borussia Dortmund," said BVB sporting director Michael Zorc. "He's an experienced Bundesliga player and Belgium international, who will help us a lot with his pace and qualities in front of goal. He's proven his class over a sustained period in recent years."
