A strong Bundesliga contingent is represented in the latest voting for the Golden Boy Web 2025 prize, with the likes of Bayern Munich's Tom Bischof and Eliesse Ben Seghir of Bayer Leverkusen leading a group of 14 young players from Germany's top flight battling it out for honours.

The online version of the main Golden Boy Award is a spin-off of the world renowned prize and the winner is decided by fan participation, as opposed to being selected by sports journalists.

In another break from the main event, the web award offers a new selection of nominees each month across five rounds of voting.

Participating players are all under the age of 21 and compete in the top-tier across European leagues.

Players' on-field performances combined with fan engagement and social media representation all play a part as supporters choose their favourites from updated lists across each round.

This time around, said list - released by award organisers Tuttosport - includes a large selection of some of the Bundesliga's best young talent.

The aforementioned new Germany international Bischof and Morocco's Ben Seghir - for example - have been settling into their new sides and will both be eager to start gaining more playing time for Bayern and Bayer 04 respectively as the campaign progresses.

Bischof enjoyed a sparkling 2024/25 campaign with former side Hoffenheim while forward Ben Seghir had an equally dazzling season at Monaco, whom he helped secure a third-place finish in Ligue 1 last term with nine goals and four assists in all competitions.

Elsewhere, Borussia Dortmund's summer signing Jobe Bellingham makes a deserved appearance among a prestigious list of candidates while RB Leipzig boast a hefty five nominees in the latest round of voting.

Antonio Nusa is joined by teammate El Chadaille Bitshiabu and new Die Roten Bullen arrivals Conrad Harder, Ezechiel Banzuzi, Andrija Maksimović among the nominees.

Unsurprisingly, Eintracht Frankfurt have two of their young Eagles on board the Golden Boy Web 2025 list in Türkiye international Can Uzun and Jean-Mattéo Bahoya, both of whom have started the current campaign in spectaular form.

Other nominations from Bundesliga sides include 2024 DFB Cup winner Finn Jeltsch of VfB Stuttgart, Hamburg’s new arrival Luka Vušković, Bazoumana Toure of Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg's Adam Daghim.

Last year's Golden Boy Web Award winner was former Bayern youth and Turkey international Kenan Yıldız, the Juventus star who is best friends with Eintracht's Can Uzun
